SPRING IS IN THE AIR!! It’s finally warming up outside, no more cold weather, no more layers of hot clothing , and no more ashy hands and runny noses. Spring time gives you many opportunities to have some fun!! Some fun activities include; playing basketball, picnics, gardening, and going to the park. Now that you know some of the fun activities about spring, here are some fun facts; your sense of smell improves more during the season , more babies are born in the spring, and the spring days are longer. Spring gives us all a chance to breathe in the fresh air and appreciate the blooming beauty of nature.
Many of you out there are fruit lovers, and in the winter time some of your favorite fruits might not be available or as sweet, but in the spring all of your favorite fruits start to ripen. Some of the most popular fruits are strawberries, pineapples, mangoes, apples, and my personal favorite Avocados. Also for my flower lovers out there this is your chance to see some of your favorite flowers and get some to brighten up your day. Flowers blossoming is one of the most exciting indicators that spring is approaching. My personal favorite is seeing the cherry blossom trees bloom come back to life after a long winter season. Cherry blossoms are one of the most iconic spring flowers and it’s a symbol of new beginnings. It’s now time that the winter season has finally melted into spring.
